The Houston Empowerment Centers Financial Empowerment Centers (FECs) are in a period of transition. Our HFEC financial counseling services are vital to advancing economic equity in our communities.The pandemic has brought new challenges that require unique solutions and greater support. To improve operations and efficiencies, we will be temporarily delaying all HFEC financial counseling sessions. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality financial services to our residents once we resume/reopen. Residents can enter their contact information in the form below to be notified of future financial counseling services.
